The attached screenshot shows the updated Duplicate Sensitivity logic for Low, Medium, and High. The sensitivity for the dealership can be configured by the CRM Expert User in Store Settings --> Preferences. By default, all dealerships are set to Low unless they have previously adjusted their dealership settings.
