Allow the Expert User of the store to manually Mark an Appointment as a Show once it been labeld as a No-Show

I don't like deleting appointments if they cancel because I like having the history of an appointment being set. It would be convenient though if we can mark them cancelled so when going through working on confirmations we can easily see who already cancelled without having to open the customer profile.

There should be a way to filter appointments by status. As in, sort by showed, missed, etc
