Appointments 2.0 + Marking an Appointment Cancelled
I don't like deleting appointments if they cancel because I like having the history of an appointment being set. It would be convenient though if we can mark them cancelled so when going through working on confirmations we can easily see who already cancelled without having to open the customer profile.

Connections: Link Customer by Family or Relationship
Can we add the ability to have both husband and wife information in the Lead title section? This helps avoid calling both the husband and wife if they are both shopping as separate leads. It also helps with searching for a customer in the system.

Genius - Ability to Reschedule Appointment / Respond to Confirmation
If a customer has an existing appointment and the customer replies to the Confirmation or Reminder email or text "R" to reschedule, Genius should attempt to reschedule the appointment and notify the associated users on the deal via Genius Follow-Up on the sidebar.

Download the Workplan as a CSV file
I would like to be able to export my workplan as a Excel doc to import into excel or google docs. Currently the feature in the Gear icon in the top left is only available to print.

Vehicle Brochure to Include Complete Description
In your new Inventory feature when you click on a vehicle there are some useful feature sub pages. It would be nice to be able to email that complete page which would include all of those sub pages to a client.

There should be a way to filter appointments by status. As in, sort by showed, missed, etc
