When in User Management, we need to have some type of indicator to show if a user is in Vacation Mode. Alternatively, we could filter User Management to identify who is currently set to Vacation Mode.

Please fix the Vacation Response tool in "My Settings" so that when a Vacation Response is set and the User is set to Vacation Mode in User Management, the Vacation Response is sent via Email when that User receives an email.

Previous Login used to kick us out and force us to log in with our password after an inactive period of time. The new login keeps us "in" and the only thing we have to do is to click on our user name and WE ARE IN! That means that any other user can access our work plan or log in as us. It does not look very "secure", in this scenario what do we need a password for after the first time we are in? Do we have to log out every time we step out of our desks? Lack of security/privacy...
