Other CRMs allow you to automatically recategorize inbound leads to another Source Type based on Source Description. For example, if I wanted to say that an inbound "Internet" lead from the Source Description "GM Financial - Customer In Equity" isn't actually an Internet/ILM lead, I should be able to set a rule that overrides that automatically to change it to Campaign. DriveCentric's current system would allow for this if that lead source was routed to a different address that we can set up, but this is challenging with certain OEMs and the sub-set of non-customer-initiated "leads". Plus - every other bad CRM that we didn't pick for our group CAN do this! It's just weird that the supremely advanced DriveCentric cannot accommodate such a simple feature. :)
