Vehicle "Wish List" - Notify When Vehicle is Added to Inventory

I would like to see a wish list if a customer is wanting a specific vehicle and we trade for the vehicle within the auto group then it will alert the sales associate , BDC agent, and assigned manager.
"Need to be able to list a range of autos that customer is looking for, search should find that customer --EX - cust wants new Subaru Ascent, we don't know what model year that car will be, how can we enter it into cust file so we can find cust when car is available? --EX - cust wants a 2003 to 2010 Subaru Forester, no more than 150K miles, no more than $15,000 price - how to enter this so I can find cust when car is avail? --EX - cust wants a sub $9,000 sub 100,000 mile Subaru or Toyota or Honda"

Please add the drivetrain option to the wish list. There are a lot of customers requesting AWD.

When a car that matches a car on a particular customer's wish list is added to the inventory a notification gets added to customer file and salesperson is notified in mentions

A section in "vehicles" for customers dream car if we do not have it. Could be vague like "Golf R" or could be specific like "2022 Atlas SEL R-Line"

Have the ability to create a "wish list" with the make, model, year, trim, price point, and mileage. This would be more beneficial for selling cars than the smiley face after tasks are completed. It looks like 1.4k other Drivecentric users agree.....

"Be On Look Out"
When customers inquire on vehicles that were recently sold, and you do not have anything in your available inventory that checks off enough of their boxes to get them to consider, having a BOLO option to save a Year, make, model, trim level, manual or automatic, interior/exterior color to their file would be helpful.
If this BOLO option could give us a pop-up notification when a similar vehicle showed up in our inventory to let us know we have a match it would be a step in the 2025 direction.
We often get customers looking for a manual transmission Toyota Tacoma 4x4 after we have one that comes and goes quickly. But if we have this BOLO and we trade for one or one of our sister-stores might trade for one. When it goes online, since all of our inventory is shared on our website, there should be a way our CRM would notify us.
Also a sales status of BOLO, would allow us to customize our follow-up for those customers who say "NO! I only want a White Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited with Gray Interior!" Don't call me until you get one!

At the very least make and model, year would help.... these should be the definition of a 'hit'. The notification should include customers name and what car triggered the hit ex customer Joe Smith had a wishlist for a Pontiac Firebird , and we took a 2007 Pontiac Firebird in on trade today. The salesperson should get a notification that a car matching Joe Smith's wishlist has come into inventory, and a task to call should be triggered.

Thank you for posting, Efrem Tutwiler! I have a few more questions for you:
- How would you like to define a 'match' for cars on a customer's wish list?
- What specific details should be included in the notification to the salesperson?
- Should the customer also receive a notification when a matching car is added to the inventory?
