in your follow up, have the customers nickname show up also. We may not remember them by their real name, just by the Nickname

It would help if the last engaged and last attempt would show on the customer card so we do not have to click out of the customer and see it in the workplan (if you have yours set to show it). It would just save time.

I review each deal marked lost, would be nice if the vehicle of interest remained in the upper right hand corner somehow.

When a customer has a trade in we should be able to see that at the top right of the screen under the vehicle of interest and lead info. See picture for example don't judge my awful handwriting....

Customer card shows only one email address and one phone number. It would be very helpful and effective if you would display all of those items on the card for multiple attempts to contact the customer.

It would be help to see the age of the lead in the top right hand corner, similar to a day in stock for inventory.
