Rather than it just say Ram 3500 or Pacifica it would be nice to know which trim the customer is on without having to click on the Vehicle button, many times it's the distinction between things like Hybris, limited, etc.

Furthermore would be a great thing to have package numbers as well! Love this idea

I just asked in a chat for this to be added as well. I think all trim levels would be incredibly helpful on strictly New Car Specific Vehicles.
When making 50 to 100 outbound calls a day it simplifies the follow up process when I can look to the top right hand corner and identify exactly what the customer is looking at rather than opening what feels like an entirely new window to get precise information. It's something my previous CRM had displayed. It was helpful and I believe optimizes the follow up process.
As for frequency with my dealership- I would say that at least with our BDC department it is multiple times a day that we need to check the trim level while reviewing leads. Any stock specific lead that comes in would be lead that the trim needs to be checked- so it could be anywhere from a few times a day to a dozen times a day.
Color would be nice to see as an additional detail however the more important feature to add would be the trim.

Hiya Keri Kraut, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific trim levels are most important to display for your dealership's needs?
- How frequently do you encounter the need to check the trim level when reviewing leads?
- Are there any other vehicle details that would be helpful to display alongside the trim level?
