Customer Tags allows users to label, group, and organize customers within DriveCentric for easier tracking and follow-up. Tags can be added manually to individual customers or applied in bulk from Mining, helping teams identify key customer segments—like “VIP,” “Lease Renewal,” or “Truck Buyer.” From Store Settings, users can create, view, archive, unarchive, or delete tags, keeping their tagging system clean and organized. Tags display directly on the Customer Contact Card and can be used as filters in Mining and on the Pipeline to quickly find specific customer groups.
