Would be great if we could forward the service chats by email to our service team. Instead of requiring the service team to be active in Drive. This way you can also send to a call centre.

When a teammate uses the dropdown to text “as __________” or another employee, the mobile app currently only shows that I sent the message - when I didn’t. There’s no way to see who actually impersonated me unless I log into the desktop version and dig around. This creates confusion, especially when multiple employees are involved in a deal. This usually happens when a manager jumps in to help push a deal. But without visibility, it leads to double replies and unnecessary client noise. Recommend having "Impersonated by:______" added to mobile.

When responding to a text from a customer, clicking reply should automatically impersonate the user the message was sent to

Have a parts action button just like the Sales/Service/Text Us.

So if the button was pressed and I go into a chat that my associate is already in or working on it will notify me so I don't step on toes and to avoid simultaneously responding

Ability to use the chat tool to where customers can select the proper store and route those leads based on Inventory ID identifiers to the proper stores like on group sites & child sites

Can y'all add a feature where I can directly send photos of the vehicle of interest from the customer profile without having to download them from my website
