Ability to forward Service Chats to a Service Email

Would be great if we could forward the service chats by email to our service team. Instead of requiring the service team to be active in Drive. This way you can also send to a call centre.

It can be manual check of a button that says forward to service. But that shoudl email service. Our old lead response tool did this, now we have to take screen shots in the system and email them to our contact centre team.

- Can you provide more details on how you envision the forwarding process? For example, should it be automatic or manual?
- What specific information from the service chats would you like to be included in the forwarded emails?
- Would you prefer the forwarded emails to go to a specific email address or should it be customizable?

Shelby Parker Service personnel is not typically logging into DriceCentric much at all since they have their own tools. All the lead information, customer name, contact information, vin, service request or question, should be automatically emailed to whomever the store designates. It would be nice if we could put one or more emails to designate as "service team" so all appointments are handled. Would be great if the lead fell off once the appointment was scheduled in DMS
