Feature Requests

Drivecentric currently only shows the customer's First and Last Name in the conversations column along the left side of the screen, and omits the nickname unless you click into the Customer Card/Profile.

Inbound phone calls currently only show in the Activity tab and should be shown in the Conversation tab as well. It's creating confusion with our salespeople, management, and customers. Please fix this ASAP
