Add inbound phone calls

Inbound phone calls currently only show in the Activity tab and should be shown in the Conversation tab as well. It's creating confusion with our salespeople, management, and customers. Please fix this ASAP

Shelby Parker: Yes, I want it to look exactly as it does in the Activity screen or also how it looks for an outbound phone call that is logged. Simple as that. If you want to have a listen option great, if not thats fine too. You can always go back to activity to listen, but we need to know a communication took place.
