Add address so I can see customers address at the top of the card so I can see where a client is located without having to click into the credit app every time. Seeing their address at a glance would be very helpful.

Hi Edward, thanks for the feedback! This will be accounted for in the new Customer Contact Card, which we're releasing alongside our upcoming update to the Conversations tool - it will show the address right at the top of the customer contact card.

(BDC) I love being able to see everyone's unreplied messages but I think it should distinguish in the unreplied people responding to me and responding to others.

Hi @Gavin, thanks for the feedback! This will be supported in our upcoming upgrade to the Conversations tool!

Preferred Contact Method Should be Based on

Khrystal Anderson
How the customer responds, not how often we use a particular method of communication.
i.e.: we call a customer 7x in a week... his preferred contact method becomes calling, but he's texted us twice. That's truly his preferred contact method.

Hi Khrystal! In the upcoming update to the Conversations tool, we default the activity box to whatever form of communication the customer used last - we agree that that's more likely to be their best form of communication.

Hiya Khrystal Anderson, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you would like the system to determine the customer's preferred contact method?
- Should the system consider the most recent contact method used by the customer as their preferred method?
- Would you like the system to ask the customer for their preferred contact method or should it be determined based on their actions?
Shelby Parker
Great to hear your perspective, Edward Kluwe! I have a few more questions for you:
- Would you like to see the full address or just the city and state?
- Do you want the address to be visible at all times or only when you hover over the customer's name?
- Are there any other details you would like to see at a glance on the customer's card?

Shelby Parker: 1. full address 2. visible at all times

OOOH nice suggestion. It would be nice if the ones to the user logged in were a different color so we could see them easily and not miss them.
