Feature Requests

Currently the system seems to only recognize possible duplicates on Name. Phone number and email should be higher priority data sets to determine duplicates than name. Names are constantly misspelled, and nicknames muddy up the database. Phone numbers should be merge points across all lead types and current customer data.

Use ONLY the first 5 digits of ZIP code. While 9 digits might migrate from external inputs, only 5 are needed for communication. Multiple duplicates are often cued off of this data, unlikely to be the primary identifier of a customer.
