Feature Requests

It would be great if there was a capability to push to DMS for the app. Don't need full desking capabilities, but would like to be able to get a deal number on the fly. That way a sales person off shift talking to a customer can get that sent over to management

As a user, I would like to see a numeric badge count on my DriveCentric Mobile App that includes my number of Unreplied Messages, Unread Notifications, and Unread Chit-Chat Messages.

it would be great if you could flip the camera without having to pause recording.

when recording the video it looks like a close up and does not allow us to zoom in or out and it does not allow us to flip the camera when recording us as salesman need these options! please fix asap

The current mobile app he based for a phone at least on the apple store. I use an IPad as my main source of tech over a desktop. Would be nice to have a app that mimics the desktop capibility and layout for tablet users.

do you know of a way to bold or change the resolution on the app? I am an old guy and it is almost impossible to use outside in full sun. cannot see emails or phone numbers

I woud like the Mobile App to have some type of Fraud Detection when scanning a drivers license

I would like to be able to schedule multiple appointments for the same time on the same day, as I am an internet agent and will need to have this ability for my phone. Right now, this is only possible using a desktop.

add the ability to change who you are sending texts from on the mobile app (impersonate)

I could not find any post for this but there may be one. It would be great if we could have the ability to change the notification sound for Drive Centric notifications on the phone app. It looks like there is only an option to change the notification sound for all notifications on the phone. Not ones specific to the Drive Centric app. I very often do not hear my phone and miss when a new lead comes in or other notifications.
