Add filter for the dead reason, so it will be easier to find customer who are dead due to "finance decline" for example... or exclude some reasons.

Would be great if for email blast and export purchases have the vehicles the customer currently owns. Problem now is there is only delivered. Which doesn't take into account if traded or sold.

Under Mining, I am able to choose a source, but I cannot drill down into the options within a particular lead source. Example: Our website provider has multiple click options such as "Up to $8,000 off", "2-year complimentary maintenance", etc which all come over as FoxEngage as the lead source. When I want to see how many leads come in on a particular click point, I can't drill down and I have to cycle through each lead to see which of the multiple click points created that lead count. Very frustrating and time-consuming.

I would love to be able to go to mining and sort all of my "HOT" customers so I can hit them all at once rather than being divided by their stages.

Updated Customer Mining allowing for a richer user experience. More filters, Mass Assign Tasks, Assign Customers etc.

Hi, since the recent change in mining, there is no longer the hot flame indicator available next to the name of the open deals. Can we add that back please? Many of our sales people here at the dealership look at all of our open deals daily and it is an important stamp to be able to see from that screen once a deal gets to a certain status.

Add a filter in the mining reporting area where we can filter out customers who have opted out of recieveing text, email or mail

So we can more easily track a customer dump in mining to a what we see in Drive. also when it's a business in mining output (let's day open mining" the customer name will show blank. see Music City example.
