You guys have got to work something out so that I can see only text messages to me. I am a supervisor and I need to be able to see all of them, but my text messages should have a separate window or something so I can view them, respond and move on instead of scrolling constantly through every pending text message. Please help with this.

I agree, anyone who is a team leader or other supervisor gets notifications about pretty much every message and its difficult to know what is directly to them. We get complaints about this often.

TODD BOUDREAUX have you looked into conversations and sorting by your user name in the left navigation? that should give you what you want.

Alex Weidenbenner I was offered this solution as well but it does not solve the problem we're facing which is fumbled responses. A notificaton for a direct reply would help tremendously with responding quickly. As we all know, time kills deals. With so much going on in the dealership, in the CRM, and having a store wide view - direct message notifications (aside from just a push notifcation) would be extremely helpful.
