The mobile app is great to send new texts/emails, but we are unable to reply back on the mobile app. A lot of our team is always moving away from their PC. Having the "reply" feature on the app would be helpful!

Some may have noticed while using the app. Your first email has your signature but once a customer responds your 2nd email will NOT have a signature from the app BUT it does from the desk top. I don't know about you but as a customer I'm not scrolling to the top of an email chain to figure out the dealership and person I'm talking to. I'll show up and ask for the car. Thoughts? Should our signature show up in any email from the app or desktop?

YES!!! This would be great to be able to continue the thread. I'm on mobile sometimes more than desktop so this would help. Especially with Text message as well, being able to either reply, or at the very least, see which number they are texting from. It is a guessing game when 2-3 numbers are saved under their card.

It would be great if we could respond to a previous email a guest sends on mobile, as in if I have replied to all of their (guest's) emails and I need to send a follow up email on mobile. Currently you have to create a whole new email thread on mobile if you do not have an un-replied email from a guest. Creating a new email thread can be annoying to our guests, and it feels unprofessional. Please fix.
