Extend the time before auto-logging out users

This issue was raised previously more than once (e.g. https://drivecentric.canny.io/feature-requests/p/log-out-time-frame) and closed with no change made. I want to re-initiate with additional info...
For GMs and Group execs who monitor DriveCentric, but not multiple times an hour like a Sales Manager or Sales Consultant would to keep the session active, a 1-hour logoff time limit is too short. We are often in meetings only to go back to DriveCentric an hour and 5 min later where we have to log back in. This is in addition to al the reasons noted in previous cases regarding this 1-hour auto-logoff issue.
I was also previously told this 1-hour time limit has to do with SOC2 compliance. But that is simply not true at all. SOC2 does not require a specific time limit for automatically ending sessions; just a "reasonable" time period, which could be 5 minutes or 24 hours depending on the typical business and user needs.
The answer given to the case noted above was "Our goal is to keep your store's data as safe as possible and having an auto log out after an hour of inactivity helps accomplish this!" That is simply not an acceptable response given the above.

Appreciate you sharing this perspective, Charles Kim — and I hear you on how disruptive the 1-hour timeout is for GMs/execs who aren’t in the app constantly. Thanks for the added context (including the SOC2 point); it’s really helpful. I’m looping this back to the team for review, and if we need any additional details from your side to evaluate options here, I’ll follow up.
