Thanks for flagging this, GARY MANZUR — totally hear you. To make sure we’re addressing the right scenario, can you share a bit more about when it’s logging you out “too soon” (for example, while you’re still working but not moving the mouse vs. after stepping away)? Also, roughly how long would you expect to stay signed in without mouse/keyboard activity before timing out? And when it does log you out, what’s the biggest disruption on your end (losing anything unsaved, having to re-open records, interrupting a task/call, etc.)?

John Fitzpatrick Thank you for the feature request! We are not planning on increasing the 1 hour auto logout for inactivity in DriveCentric. Our goal is to keep your store's data as safe as possible and having an auto log out after an hour of inactivity helps accomplish this! Thank you for the feature request and have a great day!

Sometimes when logging back in it says Not responsive and I have to wait even longer. Just slows things down.

I find myself logging in more times in a day than I like. I lock my computer screen when away, so people can't get into it.
