Ability to Flag Specific User or Customer-Associated User for Email Blasts

It would be helpful to be able to send replies from specific campaigns to specific users. Currently the responses show up as an unresponded email on the sidebar for the attached user/if you have store access.
I saw another ticket that email blast campaigns can't be changed to be sent from a specific user because of the differences in sending specific emails vs blasts (https://drivecentric.canny.io/feature-requests/p/email-blast-impersonation) but I don't care about where it comes from as much as who is notified about a response.
I would like to be able to choose whether replies go to the associated user or to a specific user when sending an email blast.
