Text is chopped off. Can you clean it up to make the customer name and vehicle clearly legible?

I have had an ongoing issue with the app not showing previous communication. Often times, I have reached out a client previously, but when I am in the app, I cannot tell if I have follow up with them. For example: James Benson.
