I have had an ongoing issue with the app not showing previous communication. Often times, I have reached out a client previously, but when I am in the app, I cannot tell if I have follow up with them. For example: James Benson.

Can you specify if this issue occurs with all clients or only certain ones?
Have you noticed any patterns or specific actions that lead to the communication history not displaying?
Is there a particular time frame after which the previous communications disappear, or is it random?
