When we as desk managers send a proposal to a customer, we can email it as the sales person but we cannot text it as the salesperson.

You are only able to roll from raise down payment ... Lower selling price .. need to have interest rate and trade in value to roll from

Would be a good idea since I have multiple stores to be able to transfer the desking to another store not just the customer

They are showing collected up front and I would like the option to roll it into the payment instead of collecting it in cap collected up front

desking tool does not work, we were supposed to get the money factors and residuals loaded and it did not happen, we i go to manually add them in it says error.

The pencil tool should be able to recall pencils without having to go back into the entity to click deal. Take that extra step away so we can work with 3 advisors quickly all at once.
