Update is bad
New update for the conversation tab looks bad and feels worse. Also, the trade in tab on the mobile app is bad too. Everything was perfect now its all slowly being ruined just because people feel like they always have to update stuff that's not even broken.

Why the change?
I think it was easier to catch replies the way it was set up before when set as Subaru of Georgetown. This view is harder to follow for all of our BDC agents :(

Default New Conversations to All Inbox
Upper left speech bubble used to access all conversation, now I'm clicking all or unreplied, menu slides, etc. Not an upgrade, it slows work down.

recent chats in one place
The open and closed chats isnt very intuitive inherently but being able to open up the date range for closed chats and adding a search bar where you can search for what you talked about and cant remember the customer would be nice
