The ideal solution would let us: Upload an Excel or CSV file and map columns to customer fields (name, phone, email, address, vehicle VIN, mileage, etc.) Choose how to handle duplicates: skip them, tag them only, or tag and update their info See a results report showing what was created, updated, or ignored Apply tags to every record in the import for easy segmentation, follow-up, and redistribution This would save significant time for stores running campaigns or onboarding lists from outside sources, and keep our customer data accurate without creating unnecessary deal records.
