Zip code autofill when lead comes in

Moreso a quality of life thing but when a lead comes in and it has a zip code attached, DriveCentric does not automatically fill it in with city and state automatically. It only does so if I delete the zip code and re-type it in. Just a small thing for QoL

Thanks for flagging this, Logan Pettit — totally hear you on the QoL friction here. It’s really helpful context, and I’m sharing it with the team so we can look into why the city/state isn’t auto-filling when the zip comes in on a new lead (unless you retype it). If you’re able to share a quick example lead or the steps you’re taking when you see it, that’d help us reproduce it faster.

Shelby Parker a lot of it is autotrader or cargurus, something that autopopulates a zip. when it comes in it just tags as the zip but no city, state or county. that only populates when i retype it
