You should not have to select a customer when sending a video from the customer record

The new update you added to sending videos makes the task more time consuming and confusing. The feature of sending your own message is nice and makes it personal. However the extra steps of finding the correct customer, the correct contact info, and then typing a message to send takes up time. Please simplify this process. Thanks
