It would be great if our workplan was similar to the previous CRM Eleads where we could see our workplan for the full calendar month in one centralized area so that we can adjust tasks or move them around based on daily workflow.

Thanks for posting this, Antoinique White — totally hear you on how a full-month, centralized workplan view would make it easier to manage day-to-day workflow. To make sure we’re scoping this the right way, can you share a bit more: which users/roles at your dealership would need the month view (individual reps, managers, BDC, etc.), and would it be for just their own tasks or visibility into the whole team’s? Also, when you mention adjusting/moving tasks around, what exactly do you need to do from that month view (reschedule to another day, change order/priority, reassign to someone else)? And lastly, should the month view include everything that’s currently in the workplan, or only certain item types like calls/emails/follow-ups/appointments?
