Currently, tasks are sorted by date only, without factoring in the specific time assigned to each task. This can result in missed tasks/reminders if they are being set for a specific time (ie. a client who requests a call specifically at 3pm, or if you are setting a reminder for yourself at 7:45am to bring it to the top of your workplan so it does not get lost). It should filter by Date, then Time instead of the current Date only.
