I need a list that doesn't disappear as I complete task; or a button to pin a customer. Like a top 5 or 10 working internet and be back deals.
I'll message a desk manager to send pricing to a customer then click out of the customer card and the tab disappears because I've completed the tasks. (Workflow tab)
Is there a way to make a list for customers that have recently received pricing that day? Need to be able to keep hottest prospects front and center instead of jumbled in with all of the other non-sense.

Jorel Jones, I think I have a few options for you.
-Pin a customer: you can minimize up to 5 customers
-Make a list for customers that have recently received pricing that day: Your Pipeline is ideal for tracking customers who recently received pricing. Click on the Proposal stage to view all deals in that stage. If you have the Date Proposal column displayed, you can sort it from newest to oldest to keep today’s proposals front and center.
For deals you know are high-priority, click the flame icon at the top of the Customer Card. Those customers will then appear in your Hot List. You can access it anytime by clicking the flame icon under the stage you want to view.

Hello Jorel Jones! I have a few more questions for you:
- How frequently do you need to access the list of customers who have recently received pricing?
- Would you prefer the list to be automatically generated based on certain criteria, or would you like to manually select which customers to pin?
- Are there specific attributes or information you would like to see for each customer on this list?
