Thanks for raising this, Brian Moore — totally hear you on how a “halt workflow” control would help when you need to manage things customer-by-customer. A couple quick questions so we understand the exact need: in what scenarios are you trying to pause a workflow for a specific customer, and what breaks today when you can’t? Also, when you mention “regardless of two ways comms,” what specific customer reply/communication is currently blocking you from halting it? And if a workflow is halted for that customer, what should happen in your ideal state — should every automated step stop immediately, or are there any messages/steps that should still be allowed to run?
