Please include the opt in text as part of the workplan activity. It is frustrating when my work plan tells me i have to text a customer I've sent an opt in text to 5 separate times.

Thanks for flagging this, Noah Reed — totally hear you on how frustrating that is when the work plan keeps prompting an opt-in you’ve already sent. To make sure we’re designing the right behavior, can I clarify a couple things: once an opt-in text has already been sent, what should the work plan do with that step (auto-complete it, skip it, or move to a different next action)? And should it consider opt-in “handled” after the first opt-in message is sent, or only after the customer actually consents/replies? Lastly, are you seeing this across all work plans with texting, or only certain specific work plans/activities?
