Quick couple questions so we understand the right sharing model: who should be able to share a work-plan with who (e.g., salesperson → assistant, manager → team, etc.)? And once it’s shared, do you just need view-only access, or should you be able to take actions too (mark tasks complete, add notes, update items on their behalf)? Lastly, would you want access to the full work-plan, or only specific parts (like items assigned to you or coming due soon)?
