One capability that would be extremely valuable for dealerships is the ability to mine service customers directly within DriveCentric, similar to how we currently mine sales data.
Service customers represent one of the largest untapped sales opportunities in the dealership, but currently there is no native way to filter and build campaigns around service activity.

Hey Collin Cash — really appreciate you calling this out. Totally hear you on service being a huge missed opportunity if you can’t segment and campaign off that activity. To make sure we’re scoping this the right way, could you share: (1) which specific service signals you’d want to filter on (last service date, service type, mileage, RO count, declined services, upcoming maintenance, etc.)? (2) what the main objective is for these campaigns (convert service-only to sales, improve service retention, upsell maintenance/repairs, win back lapsed customers, etc.)? and (3) who should be eligible for targeting — service-only customers, anyone with service history (including sold customers), or both?
