When an incoming call interrupts a video, it causes problems where the video freezes but the audio goes on. If you could set it up so that the video recording is not ruined in this instance (by pausing the recording at the moment the call comes in?), that would be very helpful.

- What type of device or platform are you using when this issue occurs?
- Does this issue happen with all video files or specific formats?
- Have you noticed if the problem occurs with specific apps or during certain activities?

Shelby Parker 1. The best customer example is Tamsen Snyder, at our White River Toyota store. The video from 11/21 was shot on an iPhone 13 ProMax, and happened when a phone call came through on our RingCentral App.
- This happens when recording videos in the DriveCentric App.
- This first happened with the RingCentral app, but also appears to happen when phone calls come through to the salesperson's phone directly.
