When Firing Genius, have it completely fired and not sending out appt confirmations

Can we please make it where when we fire Genius, that it does not send out appt confirmations?

Thanks for raising this, Joseph Needham — totally understand why you’d want confirmations to stop once Genius is “fired.” Quick clarifying questions so we can make sure we’re addressing the right behavior: when you say “fire Genius,” what does that look like on your end (turning off Genius entirely vs removing a specific agent/user vs ending an automation/campaign)? Also, which appointment confirmations are still going out afterward (email, SMS, or both), and who are they being sent to (customers, internal staff, or both)? Lastly, should confirmations stop completely once Genius is fired, or should they continue via another part of DriveCentric—just not through Genius?
