When customer responds to AI put it in the sales persons log so they can see the conversation

Right now, when a customer responds to the AI, it won't show in their contact log without them having store access. This means BDC and management must remind/notify them that the conversation is happening. It would be nice that if the customer is responding to AI that it would show up in the log for sales so they can respond.
