When car is marked delivered or sold, AI should not respond saying it's available.

I've had multiple situations where my AI will reply to a client on a delivered car saying it is available. This is an issue for a few reasons.
1) I had impersonated the AI to let the client know the car was sold and delivered, and then 10 seconds later my AI texted the client saying it was available.
2) If we are already trying to swap a client to a different vehicle, and AI says it's available, it makes it really awkward and somewhat difficult to explain.
3) When a car is marked delivered or sold in the CRM the AI should be turned off automatically so we can customize our own responses.
4) We need to be able to communicate to clients honestly and also switch them to a different vehicle more seamlessly and it makes it difficult and extremely frustrating when the AI immediately butts in and doesn't let me do this.

I think this is really great idea! I think the AI should reach out with something like "This one is going to be sold but were you looking for anything specific"
