as of lately, we've been getting notified that customers are browsing our site but when we call, they say. no. i was not on your site. Can we look into this? I want to make sure we are getting notified when its real.

Thanks for flagging this, Jay Mora — totally get why you’d want to be confident those “site browsing” notifications are accurate. A couple quick questions so we can narrow it down: which exact notification/alert are you seeing (e.g., a website visit tied to a specific lead/contact), and where in the app does it show up? Are the alerts coming through for known leads/contacts in your CRM, or also for anonymous visitors? And when someone says they weren’t on your site, do you notice any pattern (like it was actually earlier/a different day, someone else at their company/household visited, or they only clicked through from an email/text link)?
