I like the new feature of knowing when a customer is looking at something on our website. What I don't like is how it clogs up the notifications and the feed in each customers file. It would be nice for those to be in a new tab where we have logs, activities etc.

- How frequently do you receive these notifications, and how does it impact your workflow?
- Would you prefer these notifications to be grouped in a specific way within the new tab?
- Are there any specific types of notifications you would like to see separated or prioritized differently?

Shelby Parker Since it's been turned on, I have only had one specific customer look at the website about 50 times over the weekend. It's a great notification to kind of see what they might be interested in. The notifications in the pull down are a lot and our actual tags and things we need to see get a little burried. The notifications being in another tab would help with congestion. So far this would be the only action that seems to make since to be in a tab all on it's own. As well as in the customer card as that also fills up the feed there too.
