we want a feature on the system that allow our sales team to advance search for customers. Ex. 2023 customers who purchased 2023 buick encore's. The current mining tool only allows them to see their customers nothing more. Giving them the store access effects their ability to perform their own tasks and see just their customer's responses. Just want something to make it easier to dig for deals.

data mining for customers

Thanks for posting this, Adam Hurley — totally hear you on the friction here, especially if giving full store access creates distractions or impacts how reps manage their own customer responses. A couple quick questions so we can scope the right solution: who should have access to this kind of advanced search (sales reps, managers, etc.), and should it return only their own customers or the full store database? Beyond year + make/model, what are the top 2–3 filters your team needs most (e.g., purchase date range, vehicle details, service history, equity, mileage, etc.)? And once you’ve got a matching list, what’s the most common next step—build a call list, launch an email/text campaign, assign leads, or export/share the results?
