We need to remove the auto-generated AI placeholder names that appear before customer information is entered. We’ve already had incidents where a customer received an email addressed as “Fishsticks,” and another was unintentionally referred to as “Baked Donut” throughout an entire conversation with a sales representative.
These names create unnecessary confusion, especially for team members who may face language barriers and may not understand the meaning or potential implications of these pre-generated placeholders. Eliminating them will help ensure clearer communication and a more professional customer experience.
