We need differentiate between CPO and used vehicles on reporting.

We need differentiate between CPO and used vehicles on reporting. We need to understand what leads, sales and conversion rates we are having with our CPO inventory and just not have it lumped into our used car data.

Thanks for raising this, Max Nunn — totally hear you on needing CPO performance called out separately instead of getting buried in overall used numbers. To make sure we scope this the right way, can you share which specific reports/dashboards you’re looking at (leads, sales, conversion, etc.) and where you’re currently seeing CPO lumped into Used? Also, for classification, should CPO show up as its own bucket distinct from both “New” and “Used,” with non-CPO staying under “Used”? And do you need that split carried through the full funnel (leads → appointments → sales) including conversion rates, or only in certain stages?

Shelby Parker it's on any reporting, but we are mainly looking for the source data, lead total, sales total, gross total and conversion percentage. We would love to have CPO show up as its own bucket distinct from both “New” and “Used,” with non-CPO staying under “Used” as well as having the option to lump them under "used" if possible...and yes, the whole stage of the funnel.
