Yeah, my thought is this: when we're texting/emailing back and forth with different generations (boomers, X, millennials, etc..) a text without proper grammar, structure, or even the right emojis can kill a conversation quickly. In my opinion, voice memos are a great option; at least for the DC users that aren't tied into the different psyche's of their customers yet, and how they perceive written communications.

I agree! I had a customer send one to me yesterday, but it came through completely blank. I asked her what she sent and she told me it was a voice memo, but now she won't text me back. It would be nice if we were able to receive and listen to them.

A good feature would be if we could Voice Text Oh my god that would be a mayor improvement and time saver
