Our previous CRM allowed administrators to view the CRM as any specified user to ensure the correct access was granted. It would highlight on a bar at the top of the page that it was "Courtney Burgess viewing as John Smith" so that I could only see John's customers, tasks, how notifications are popping up for him, see which reports are available - basically help troubleshoot what the user sees and if they have the correct tools to do their job. Drive Centric admittedly has an advantage over the previous system to have your support team remote onto the current page but this ability would be helpful for fixing access issues for staff at a store admin level.
Ran into this recently with our Reception team - thought they had a permission and it wasn't until I was standing over their shoulder that I realized they had different access than intended.
Another possibility - could this be done with the permission groups? But I would still potentially want to view specific access for individual users, so I don't think that's a complete answer.
