I'm recording the video directly and it shows up upside down. When i send a prerecorded video it also shows it upside down. It shows it right side up when i send it but when the client gets it its upside down.

To help us narrow this down, can you share a bit more detail: are you recording the video directly in DriveCentric or uploading it from your phone/computer, and does it look normal before you send it? When you check the sent video yourself, is it upside down in the same spot your clients are viewing it (e.g., in the message/email preview vs after opening the link), or only for them? And is this happening with every video, or only certain ones (like portrait vs landscape)?
