To make sure we’re scoping the right improvement, can you tell us what you’re trying to do with the videos once they’re uploaded (attach to a customer record, include in an email/text campaign, use in a lead response, store in a library, etc.)? Also, which specific video formats are you needing that aren’t supported today? And where in DriveCentric are you expecting to browse/select files from your desktop folders — when you try now, is there simply no upload option, or does it let you pick the file but then reject certain formats?
