Video same day reporting should be 24 hours from when lead comes in.

Right now, when looking at the Internet leads report, it has a video same-day portion. If a lead comes in after hours, the same-day clock should start when the lead comes in. So if a lead comes in on January 15th at 11:30 pm, we should have until 11:30 pm January 16th to send the video for it to be credited for the same day. We track all of our location's video same-day numbers, and if a lead comes in after hours before midnight, it is currently not giving credit for video the same day even if it is sent first thing the next morning. If 1 location gets 2 leads after hours before midnight and another gets 12, the way it is currently calculated will hurt 1 store over the other, which is unfair to the store with more customers shopping after hours, even if neither sends the video before midnight. If a lead comes in at 11:59 pm, a video should not have to be sent before midnight to make sure video same day is credited.

Heather Williams Thank you for the feature request! Which Standard report are you looking at for this metric? The Video Report or the Internet Lead Report? Thank you!

Shawn Goebel I am just seeing this. Our group uses the internet lead report for all the stores internet lead metrics because it is all in one place. Ours shows 91% video. When I look at the video report is has a BH Video spot and it shows 98%. It would be nice if the internet report that the BH Video spot.

Thank you for posting, Heather Williams! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific time zone should be used to determine the 24-hour period for video submissions?
- Are there any specific business hours that should be considered when calculating the same-day video credit?
- Would you like notifications or alerts for leads that come in after hours to ensure timely video submissions?
